In the case that the subject to economical transaction is real property it is worthy to require information about it in the land and mortgage register.

For each real property there is a separate “eternal book” (KW) with unique real property number (it is assigned to the real property, not to the owner of real property).

In KW one can find designation of real property, entries on ownership as well as warnings on potential litigation and mortgages (i.e. loan collaterals)
