All information about the contractor who runs a company or association can be obtained from the National Court Register (KRS). The main function of the KRS is providing information to certain entities on the legal status of the contractor, its major financial status and its manner of representation.
The registry collects information about the entrepreneurs that are relevant to the economic circulation, inter alia: tax and customs arrears, arrears against Social Insurance Company, list of creditors with the amount of unpaid obligations.
