In order to improve the quality the joint meeting of the board and shareholders of the AIF Law Office unanimously has decided that the company will focus on core businesses (trade receivables and debt recovery).
On 20th of February 2010 the firm has established R.Ptak & Partners as it’s legal advisers. The firm is managed by legal adviser Rafał Ptak, since 2002 the President of the Board of the AIF Law Office. The team of lawyers already employed in the AIF Law Office went to the new company and will provide legal services for the AIF Law Office.
Attorney Rafał Ptak oversaw more than 1,000 cases conducted since 2002 by AIF Law Office in Poland. According to statistics the firm vast majority of cases (99%), ended in a victory or a court settlement.
The seat of the new law firm is located in the headquarters of the AIF Law Office, which is designed to direct flow of information between Clients and the legal department.
