The AIF Law Office will enter their debtors in the BIG InfoMonitor database

The AIF Law Office will enter their debtors in the BIG InfoMonitor databaseThe AIF Law Office collection agency has established cooperation with the Economic Information Bureau InfoMonitor Inc.

The result of this action will be entering a claim in the Debtors Register.

Brusiło TomaszWe chose InfoMonitor, because this is the only Economic Information Bureau cooperating with the Polish Bank Association (Związek Banków Polskich) and Credit Information Bureau (Biuro Informacji Kredytowej). Through these institutions from the resources of the BIG InfoMonitor all the banks can easily receive reports on debts, which in our opinion, undoubtedly results in the effectiveness of our debts recovery– comments Tomasz Brusiło, the president of the AIF Law Office Ltd. Wroclaw.

The information collected in BIG InfoMonitor Debtors Register profits also the banking sector including loan companies, insurers, leasing companies, suppliers of cable television, Internet and media, and other industries in the SME sector (sektor MŚP). This may mean the debtor’s limited access to certain services, including bank credits, loans, and installments systems. Unreliable payers are denied telephone subscriptions and access to the Internet. From the beginning of 2010, the BIG has made available more than 4 million reports with information on consumer and business debt.
